Hello World! A New Chapter for eXp International Begins

Hello eXp family and friends,

I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates on the remarkable progress we’ve made at eXp International over the past few months. We’re moving full speed ahead on our mission to create a truly borderless, digital-first real estate company, and it's inspiring to see how far we’ve come in such a short time. I’m honored to be leading this incredible team of passionate, talented individuals who are helping turn this vision into reality.

In just four months, eXp International has grown rapidly, and we’re now preparing to bring our unique model to three new countries in 2025: Turkey, Egypt and Peru. This expansion marks a major milestone in our journey, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities these markets present. Our local teams are already working hard behind the scenes to set the foundation for these launches, bringing eXp’s culture of innovation and collaboration to new regions around the world.

To help foster a truly global community, we’ve launched a dedicated eXp International Discord server, available at https://discord.gg/expinternational. This space has quickly become a central hub for real-time communication and community building, where agents, staff, and partners from around the world can connect, share insights, and support each other as we expand internationally.

If you’re interested in getting involved with a specific country, the Discord server has a unique feature just for you. Simply click on the flag of the country you’re interested in, and you’ll be added to a dedicated channel for that country. This allows you to join conversations, connect with other agents who share your interest, and even help build the core group needed to get that country launched. It’s been inspiring to see agents from different corners of the world coming together to collaborate, brainstorm, and set the stage for eXp’s expansion into new markets.

Meanwhile, our virtual headquarters at https://exp.world/international has become a bustling center of activity. From strategy sessions and training workshops to team meetings and social events, our digital campus is alive with the energy of a start-up. Every day, our team is working tirelessly to expand our global reach, foster connections, and support agents around the world.

This is just the beginning. With every country we launch, every new connection we make, and every success story we share, we’re building the future of eXp Realty together. Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing more stories, updates, and milestones as we continue our journey to make eXp a truly global powerhouse.
